Star Communications
Failure to obey Do Not Call demand, abusive, harassment

On Saturday, October 22nd, at 7:10PM. I received a call from Star Communications. I initially accepted the call, and listened to their offer.in their speech, I was asked to write down an address and phone mumber, which i did.

In the process, I was transferred to a supervisor by the name of Rob, apparently to complete the order. I was asked for my checking account number. I was uncomfortable with the idea of giving out my information over the phone, and told him as much. He said that he would call me back in five minutes.

At that point i decided that I did not want to accept the offer. When he called back, I informed him that i did not want to continue the order. When he proceeded to increase the sales pressure, I asked him clearly to remove me from his call list. He protested further, and I hung up.

At 8:46 PM, I received another call from Rob of Star Communications. I restated that I had already asked that he remove my name. He proceeded to ask me why I wasn't interested in the offer. I informed him that I did not need to give him an answer, and that I would forward his number to the authorities. He proceeded his high-pressure tactics, and I hung up. After that, I used *69 to find out the number that he was calling from, 1-866-656-9891

I have filed a report with the FCC, and I will be calling the Washington State Attorney General's office to see if I can pursue a civil matte
