Winnipeg Health Systems
Their "Health System" is actually an inhouse high pressure vacuum sales pitch

Received a call from "Winnipeg Health" and did a very short survey on asthma. Received another call about a week later in the evening on New Years Day stating that I won a gift for participating in the survey and that they would drop it off the next day.
Being suspicious of anything free and that they phoned on New Years Day I researched the company and found that the free gift is just a way of getting into your house to give a 2 to 4 hour high pressure sales pitch on an expensive vacuum cleaner and air purifying systems.

I believe the "survey" is a way to get around the Do Not Call list.
