Pure Sleep is an oral appliance that is supposed to help to aid people who suffer from snoring (and the ones who love them) to sleep better. I have lost sleep trying to get a refund or the appliance!
I ordered the Pure Sleep appliance in August of this year. I was sent an email saying it was shipped in October. Nothing showed up. When I tried to call the customer service line, I got a busy signal constantly. I sent an email and got an immediate email back saying that they would get back with me.
Two weeks later, I received an email saying that it had shipped but the address they said it went to was in another country with my zip and state listed.in other words, a totally bogus address. I informed them of the rediculous address and gave them the correct one so they could make good on my, now, four month late order. The answer I received was as follows:
"Once the package is returned, we can reship or refund the order"
Now how will the order be returned from NOWHERE??? I have contacted my attorney to act on my behalf, for a stupid $60 internet order. Dont go near these folks!!!
