I should have checked with usacomplaints.com before ordering from this company. They promised 7 to 10 days delivery, turns out they mean 7 to 10 business days from shipping date. Since they shipped 5 business days after my order, it turns out I'm supposed to get it in 3 weeks. Here we are 4 plus weeks and still no product.
I've been calling their "800" number and get either a busy signal or it answers and then disconnects within a few seconds. I've disputed the charge on my credit card so we'll see if the charge gets reversed permanently.
