I purchased this product and received it in a timely manner. I used the product exactly to the intructions and it did not work for me. The Pure Sleep Company offered a 30 day full money back guarantee, I followed their instruction and called and received a return number RA32120230 placed the mouthepiece in a plain white envelope with three first class stamps as instructed and mailed the item over two weeks age. I called this company this morning once I realized that they had charged my card again and called customer service. I called and gave them the return number and they stated they never received it. I called this morning and spoke to Alisa, Bonnie, and Matt. They still refused to refund my money. Be very cautious with this company. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charges.
