On November 6 I placed an order with this company slim weightpatch.com. I did receive the patches and tried to apply them as instructed but they would not stick to my skin. I immediately called Customer Service at 1-800-493-0268 and talked to a Susan. This was on 11/17/10.
She told me they were having problems with some of the patches and asked me for the batch number which was on the packing slip. I told her I would have to call her back as I did not have the info in front of me. I retreived the packing slip and immediately called her back with the info.
She told me they would ship out replacement patches tomorrow. I have since called and emailed the company without success. The last email was they had already answered my problem.
I did receive a email telling me they had contacted their shipping team for an update and once they have contacted them they will contact me. So far nothing.
I think I am getting the run around and they are a rip off company.
