I ordered by internet 6 months of the Slimweight patches they advertised on internet, thinking that it was an honest company. After I paid $156.28, I did receive an invoice numbered #900014086 (placed on February 25). Between March we have exchanged lots of e-mail, I always received an apologizing email.
They even told me that it was the company was bought of and the orders have been delayed. So, me, being patient, I said I would wait until after a couple of weeks of again waiting I wrote them a nasty email saying that I was expecting to receive the patches for the summer, etc. Etc., and I signed my name and below it (a very unsatisfied customer)...
Oh! Also, they kindly offered me a reimbursement if I wanted, which I refused momentarily because they were always saying that the patches would be on the way. When I read on your website that I am not the only one having gone through the same. I think one more could help us get our money back.
Here is the e-mail I wrote on May 28:
Hi!
I have ordered my patches in February! What is happening with my order. It is very disappointing and I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to loose weight for the summer. I haven't received my patches yet. First, it was back ordered and then company change, and yet we are almost in June and I have not received my patches, and when I go on the site you are still announcing.
Can you let me know of a definite date so at least I won't have to write every month.

Then I wrote on June 1st, apologizing for my rudeness. Then nothing, no acknowledgement, no nothing, no news from them. I hope something can be done.
