I, too, was suckered into buying these useless diet patches. Not only did they deduct $157 from my checking account (it was suppose to be 2.99 for S&H) but I called and asked for a credit and was told they could credit me $73.50 until I return the patches. Well, I called again today (10/26) and talked to the same girl-Lisa at customer service. Who told me it takes 5-15 business days to get my credit!!! That's funny, it sure didn't take them more than 24 hrs to debit my checking account!
Anyway, what really gets me upset it the fact that when you call the number 1-800-901-1182 for customer service it is either busy or you get a guy telling you they are experiencing high call volume. So I started hitting the pound key and low and behold you get forwarded to customer service!
Remember this if you are trying to call them!
Otherwise they hang up on you. How thoughtful.
I say we start a large lawsuit against this company to get our money back! This is rediculous! And if I send the patches back will I get the rest of my money or will I be broke and have no patches?
