Product is nothing more than hair perm. Chemicals that damage hair and flake scalp. They dont honor money back guarentee. You call to complain and are sent to web site that gives you no help. Then they send you re-order forms when you dont want the first supply. Company has diffrent addresses for service, none of which will give you any satisfaction. I could not contact anyone for return of my money and the web site is useless.
