I once had long pretty hair, I went in to Smartsyle located in Walmart just for a simple hair cut. I brought in the picture of the cut I wanted and everything told her I wanted it the same length and all. Well, she did totally the opposite of what I wanted done. When she was done I had no hair so it felt that way. What was suppose to be shoulder length hair turned out to be shorter than chin length. I was devistated and very unpleased. I have a wedding in less than two months this is not what i wanted my hair to be like on my wedding day. How can you look at something and know this is what the person wants and just decide this is how you dont want it done.
This is not the first time I have been there a few months before I went in for a perm and she did not leave the chemicals in long enough. I am not a hair stylist but I do know that it takes longer than 5 minutes. I paid over 130.00 for this perm and it fell out the next day.
If this person cannot cut hair and cannot give a perm right someone tell me how these people actually get these jobs. Come on give me a pair of scissors and I can just as easily give someone a trim. If I am going to a professional and paying them money I expect to get what hair cut I want.
