I ordered the Giovanni Leave-in Conditioner with order number 5105951. I ordered it on November 10 and to this day I still haven't received it. Each time I have talked to them, they keep telling me it will be shipped on the next day. It still hasn't been shipped. They give me the run around about they don't know why it hasn't been shipped. It's a scam to get people's money.
