I had to go to this place for a pre-employment drug screening. The first receptionist was ok, but the second, who had long dark curly hair and looked to be Puerto-Rican ethnicity, was just horribly rude and inconsiderate. She said in a loud voice in front of the office AND the people in the waiting room that I didn't know how to follow directions and treated me like I was in second grade. She made me feel absolutely humilitated. I can't get over that an employee would treat a patient like this. Honestly, I believe she should be fired, before she humiliates anyone else like this and makes them feel like crap.
