I had an appointment and the receptionist that greeted me was SO RUDE for no apparent reason. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment she said that I needed to hurry up and give her my confirmation number other people were waiting and she pointed to the line of customer that didn't have an appointment! I feel awful that I didn't get her name but I will be going back there soon. Please follow up on this, I guess my 27 years in customer service and sales has paid off (IBM) you treat people how you want to be treated.
