CVS Caremark has unjust, misleading billing methods and awful customer support. Twice they've delivered me medicines where they've incurred me improperly. Sadly my insurance provider provides me no option but to make use of them.
On Friday, I obtained medicine within the email that used to do not purchase and which Caremark didn't inform me these were delivering. Its clarification was they had a gotten my prescription on June 26 and may not replenish it so far. But some tips about what actually occurred. I'd shipped them the prescription in August. They explained they never obtained it and recommended I've my physician's office fax it for them, that will be what happened. I had been talking with a person support representative called Abbey about that. They stuffed the prescription once they obtained the fax, however they obtained the prescription within the email, but never explained. However they didn't wish to load after that it since the insurance provider wouldn't purchase it till 3 months had approved.
So a week ago they choose to deliver it in my experience, not wondering basically was still utilizing the medicine or desired it. You-can't return a medicine after they send it due to Food rules. But I actually donot require the medicine and that I desired to make use of a universal model for that next refill.
You'd feel they'd atleast inform the client these were delivering the medicine if it may not be delivered. I intend on reporting CVS Caremark towards the Division of Consumer Affairs, the Insurance Fee and also the Attorney-General in Boston.
