I am so done with Caremark. They said they sent my prescription out. I asked for the tracking #. They gave me the tracking #. I called the post office. The post office received a notice that they are going to receive the medicine, but they never received the medicine. This went on for two weeks. I called Caremark. I even spoke to supervisors. They liared to me and said it was going to be sent out the next day. I end up calling my insurance company and they had a record of all my phonecalls to Caremark. My insurance company said that the people who handled this will be coached. Well it is 3 months later and I need another prescription filled I called them yesterday and they said it is own its way. I just received a phone call and it can't be filled until May. Never again am I going to get another prescription from this company. I would rather take it to Walmart.
