The people at bosley medical group do not care about the customer. All they do is get you to sign up and you become just another number! My counselor called me up on a tuesday and told me "you would be doing us a huge favor if you come do your procedure tomorrow"... Why would i need to do them a favor??? Then he gets my card number over the phone to try to get me to lock my appointment in. When i cancel on then, they turn unfriendley and dont give you your $500 back. They were willing to give up your business of a $8000 surgery and keep you $500. These people are pushy and non professional. If you were a reputable surgen you wouldnt work for a huge company, you wouldnt need a huge company, you would do well off referals. This company is full of it! Do not go to bosley!!!
