I placedmy orderDecember 7.2010 for $60.15 Bosley Hair Products. I notified them December 28 by e-mail that I had not received my order. Today I received an e-mail stating that they had updated their website, but did not reference my order.
I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and sending a letter to the appropriateconsumer protection department in New York regarding my issue with this company
