July order trial samples; cancelled two days later.
Account charged but samples never arrived. Mid September, charged for product. Called, told refund forthcoming in late Sept. Early October called again, told to expect refund by mid October. Called today October 15th, told; account being reviewed and being sent to "higher" management and to expect my refund in 5-7 days.
My request to speak to manager were denied.
My request for management phone number was denied.
My request for an official address was denied.
