I ordered two herbal items for a total of $130.00. My payment went through immediately. The order is now 2 months late. I have e-mailed to both listed e-mail accounts but have never received a response. I have called Ethnobotanical Gardens 12 times over 3 weeks only to get their answering machine. I left a message stating my issues and left contact information. Six additional times the phone message system was full and would not take a message. I have received no return calls or e-mails in response to my numerous calls. The staus of my order on their web site is listed as "processing". It has been listed as "processing " for 60 days.
I suspect that they have gone out of business and will not honour any recent orders. They should note this on their web site. There is no notice what so ever that they are having business problems or order filling problems.
Do not order from Ethnogarden Botanicals. There is a very good chance they will not fill your order or return calls and e-mails.
