Spalding Drive Cosmetic and Dermatology Is: Dr. Nassif is a Rip off or forum members Participants are lying about Dr. Nassif? Signed a Mutual Agreement to Maintain Privacy contract where cannot spout out because " Intellectual prope

I signed a Mutual Agreement to Maintain Privacy contract so strictly speaking I cannot spout out to the general public, on web pages or mass correspondence, (what I call bad) experiences or (bad) surgery outcomes or (bad) services with Dr. Nassif, including pictures, documentation, etc Because I assigned All Intellectual Property Rights to Dr. Paul. S. Nassif. Google: Mutual Agreement to Maintain Privacy or Gag contracts, or Intellectual Property Rights, and youll see what I am talking about. I did some online research on Plastic surgery Forums and I was able to find some Negative posts posted by his customers who had ONLY had their consult with Dr. Nassif, and as you can assume they did not sign the contract which forbids them to spout out (what I call bad) experiences or (bad) surgery outcomes or (bad) services with Dr. Nassif and contracts to proceed with their surgery with Dr. Nassif. If they are patients maybe they will share their before and after shots.
Plastic surgery is a matter of taste. It in my opinion Nasiff's noses look like horse saddles.
I had a consult wit him. It was the biggest wast of my time. He was so arrogant that it was a distraction.in my opinion he was not focused on me or anything I said.in my opinion he was silly and flighty in the consult. He acted irritated with my questions and short tempered - bratty. He gave me the impression that I was taking his time from the first minute I was there. After this he threw me to his staff. The staff was very kind and available with answers, but they are not medical. He just seemed bratty, silly, boyish - in a bad way, and unfocused in my opinion.
I would never have that kind of person cut on me. I need a grounded, calm, confident, focused surgeon who welcomes questions.
In my opinion Nassiff does cookie cutter work. This was posted 5/26/10 by Jazzmine on a forum blog called Makemeheal.com titled: Saw Nassif, Frankel and Daniels for revisionstill unsure. The first plastic surgeon I saw was Nassif. After waiting 1 1/2 after my scheduled appt to see him, I didn't feel he was really listening and felt like he tried to rush me out. I saw his before and after of my nose on his computer and it look really bad. It was the opposite of what I told him I wanted. He didn't explain what he was going to do in detail either. After I left his office and after the $300 fee, I felt so uncomfortable and felt like we didn't meet eye to eye. He even had some intern sitting with us for the consultation... He spent more time talking to him and about other things besides my nose. So he's for sure off of my list. He seemed more hype than anything else. I didn't even like his before and afters. This was a reply comment to one of the complaints on RateMD posted by Jonathon on 8/4/10 I would advise against it. Techniques have changed dramatically over the years. I had consults with 3 different surgeons and it seemed to me that Dr. Nassif was selling me on outdated procedures. Also found it odd that he estimated the surgery to take 7 hours while the others estimated 2-3 hours. I have no doubt Dr. Nassif was a great surgeon at one time but I think his techniques are outdated now and you are better off going with a surgeon that is well versed in the latest techniques. A little research and it's amazing what surgeons are capable of doing nowadays. Based on the above reviews I would suggest anyone who feels is a victim of Dr. Paul. S. Nassif to file a complaint to the Medical Board of California. Any customer has a right to file a complaint and as per Civil Code section 43.8 consumers are not labial for filing complaints against medical practitioners. The Medical Board of California is an agency that regulates medical practitioners and handles our reports by having EXPERTS investigating our cases, and it is free of charge. If a case is considered valid, they ll take action. As far as I know, even a small case is considered important for them including money matters, malpractices related to his secretary, etc... The medical practitioner has no right to sue you for filing a complaint against him.

To conclude, I cannot complain on complaint against Dr. Paul. S. Nassif based on the above reviews of other participants or my experiences with Dr. Nassif for two reasons: 1- I do not have evidence that participants are saying the truth because I was not present with them during their consults. 2-I signed the Mutual Agreement to Maintain Privacy so I cannot disclose my (what I call bad) experiences with Dr. Nassif, including pictures, documentation, etc on a blog like the complaint because I assigned All Intellectual Property Rights to Dr. Nassif. However, if I were to leave a complaint (based on the reviews of other participants) it would be: either Dr. Nassif is a Rip off or forum members Participants are lying about Dr. Nassif. However, I will leave it up to you to decide which complaint best suits Dr. Nassif, and I will not comment further because I am bound by a contract.
