Inhuman customer service - Negligence and blaming customer for their mistake

CVS automatically refilled a prescription which was not filled regularly in place of another regularly filled medication. Once discovered one of the pharmacy staff is putting the blame on my head saying that it was me who would (pls. Highlight would have) have ordered it and by no means it could be their mistake.

This particular lady is being very unfreindly and she reveresed the situation even after a confirmation from another staff member over the phone that they will exchange the medicine and refund the amount.

I am very disappointed the way it was handled. I am sorry to say but I already initiated the transfer process to another pharmacy.

I totally understand that CVS is a big chain and my not filling the prescriptions may not affect them in the least bit.

One last point, I would not waste mine or any one else's time and energy for an amount of 25 dollars. The complete process contributed a great sense of dissatisfaction and humiliation and as a consumer I would like to raise a red flag plus definitely expect a judicious

Resolve.
