Difficulty in getting refund

Today I link into the acqi optimium website and noticed an opportunity to purchase a trial size of their pills for only the cost of shipping. As I completed the form I was given the amount of $1.29 for the first product, and for the second product, $1.95. The screen only gave the inital cost for shipping and did not give an additional calculation for $99.96 for each order. Their agreement came up (which I should have read carefully before submitted my rush order). I than decided to call my bank to find out my current balance, and discovered that I was now $128.00 overdrawn. All my money to live on the the rest of the month was now tied up in this mistake. My bank informed me that two transactions in the amount of $99.96 had been withdrawn. My bank Representative gave me the two toll free numbers for the businesses that had withdrawn the money from my bank account. They were the same company. I called the first company and was connected to a customer service representative (male), that was very nice but continued to tell me that the companies policy was not to refund money. He continued to point out that I had agreed to the withdrawl of the $99.96. When I agreed with him that I did agree not read the terms carefully and wanted a refund (by the way I should point out that their agreement does not make the purchaser agree to the terms, it simply pop's up a box with writing contain in the box). On my insistance to refund my money and cancel the order he informed me that the shipment had alreday been sent. Now this was rather funny since I had just made the on-line transaction not less than 20 mins before that. I finally decided to stop the conversation with this representative and asked to speak to a supervisor who had the authority to refund my money and cancel my order. I was placed on hold fpr 20 mins and finally hung up. I contacted my bank back and requested that the charge be reverse since the company refused to credit back my bank account. I again called Acqi Optimum customer service a second time and recalled the whole conversation again with another Rep, who also told me the same thing. I finally was given a supervisor who assured me that he would apply the credit to my bank account. He told me that he would cancel my order and a credit would appear on my bank account within 5 days. I will wait to see if the company actually does credit back my account. At this pouint I am a little concerned. During the phone call with the supervisor I informed him that prehaps there web designers should think about changing the advertizment so that the consumer is well informed that the trial size option is really after you pay for the original cost of a 60 day supply. He disregarded my request and told me that they had plenty of people who were purchasing their projects and enjoyed them. So much for that suggestion.

Waiting to see what happens.
