I too was ripped by Derma Glow when I ordered a free trial of wrinkle skin cream for my wife. I paid the shipping charge of $3.95 with my credit card on 8/18/09. My wife loved the product and I was going to place an order for additional products until I received my next card statement yesterday. Germa glow had charged my charged my card $96.35!
When I called Derma Glow in California and queried about the additional charges to my card, I was told it was for the product in in full since I had not returned the unused portion of the cream within ten days. This is supposedly in the fine print of the order when I placed it.
Who reads fine print on a free trial order? I haven't been ripped off like this in years.
