I checked my visa balance with credit union and to my surprise found that it was $200 over limit.
I called my credit union to find out what had happened and was told that an insurance company I had never heard of (MWI Premier Health Plus) had made two charges to my visa of 199.95!
I immediately went to the WEB and did a google search on the company and found that I was not a lone victim.
I also called the MWI number and had the same experience as the reports I have read. The person on the other end was nice and gave us a number and said we would be canceled and our charges refunded.
