I had been sent a page for affordable healthcare. I named the telephone number 800-242-1922 and info was supply about Leading Healthcare. I gave them my bank info plus they described the price was $125 account charge $199 monthly on 4-12-09. They'd deliver me a verification mail and an a box of info. The charge was removed and 14 days later I receive a box from ALR. It described it wasn't medical health insurance, that will be what I settled for. I thought it was some error and submitted it.
I approached Leading Health Care 5-4-09 who had changed their phone number (888-490-5742) and informed them my box didn't appear. They claimed it'd come soon. This never occurred. I named them back 5-16-09, I had been waiting to visit a health care provider. I expected them about ALR plus they stated it was the program I had been spending money on. What happend to Initial?
On 5-21-09 I received a phone from the Peter Walsh from Peak Health Solutions 800-242-6130. He explained he'd stop ALR and closed me-up for Peak that will be through AETNA and renounce the $125 membership price. Seemed great. But nonetheless the charge for ALR was removed in-May, plus another $324.00 from People's Health 888-937-5742.
I've paid $847.00 for healthcare within 2 weeks and think I've been scamed.
I'm faxing ALR a demand to stop (they might cost me a charge of $35 within the fine-print). I'm eliminating Peak also. Is there any recource for this fake marketing?
