I visited Steinhafels in Kenosha, WI to buy a Tempur Pedic bed. I understood precisely what I needed before coming. The very first negative indication was after I noticed their shipping vehicle being towed on Hwy 50. The 2nd, next and next indicators occurred when "Jennifer", the revenue worker, held shifting from pc terminal to pc terminal to locate one which caused a printer that also worked so she might finish the deal. That isn't the issue however. The actual concern lies using the proven fact that I had been informed providing to Burlington, WI on Sunday wouldn't be considered a challenge. After I was informed via mail that my bed was readily available for shipping, I had been informed they didn't provide to my region on Sunday. I described I had been informed this could not be considered a difficulty after I created the purchase. "Well, we-don't provide to that particular region on Sunday" was the reaction. No apologies, no work to solve the issue. I can not be there for deliveries throughout the week. I might need to stop the purchase. I'll keep you submitted.
