I purchased a Tempur Pedic Bed on the 23rd of August which was delivered on the 24th and set up. After a couple of weeks - my wife and I could not get comfortable at the same time with the bed. I went back to the store and asked to change the top mattress to one that would allow us both to be comfortable at the same time with different settings. They refused to help and stated we would have to contact the Tempur Pedic Company to get it resolved. We did contact the Tempur Pedic Co and they stated that the stor ewho sold it to us would have to resolve the issue. All in all we have been given the run-a-round now for three weeks. I finally told the store to come and pick up the bed as I did not want it or any other beds that they might have. I have talked to the Corporate HQ of HH Gregg and still have not received any help. I am at my wits end and will seek Legal Council if I can not get this resolved soon. Thank you for any help you can provide.
