Weightwatchers online invalidated login after the initial prepaid 3mths were over, took two month's fees from the bank account, and refuses to refund the money because their policy is the agreement continues until cancelled. They fail to comprehend that they made the agreement null and void upon invalidating the login, thereby denying the very access they are charging for, thus not providing the contracted service. When one pays for an online service and that service is not provided, it is believed to be a criminal act when the company takes the money and refuses to refund after it is brought to their attention (in three separate emails). It is MY policy to not pay for services not provided. It is shameful of weightwatchers. They have now cancelled the agreement, or so it is stated. The proof will be in future bank statements.
