Clearwire stoled money out of my bank account for over a year, admitts it, but refuses to give me back my money using company policy as anexcuse. I cancelled my service with themon 10. Sent back the modemand they admitted recieving it on 11/11. They kept taking money out of my account without me knowing about it. My bank caught on to the trick they were using. I called them in the middle of Dec. The rep. Admitted what they had done and promised a full refund. Told me I would be recieving over $580. I waited but nothing showed up. Called today (1/4). Today they refuses to give me my money back and said they would only give me one months worth ($44).
If there are any lawyers out there who would like to sue clear wire please contact me. I have all the proof you will need to win.
