I signed up for a trial of services for their point of sale website. I did login a few times to see if it would work. I signed up for service on April 16th in evening. I was emailed early morning on the 17th with login info and account creation. I found the software to be incompatible with my needs and never returned until I received an email about monthly fee to be charged. I quickly emailed and cancelled account on 16th of May, the last day of my trial. I received confirmation account had been cancelled. Next day I saw a charge of 48.99 on my credit card from them. I emailed the mistake and asked for a refund. I was told I did not cancel in time and there would be no refund. I told them I was within my 30 days as account access had not been granted until 17th. They refused and insisted that I went beyond my trial. I again asked for refund and send email dated 17th that they sent me with access information. There only reply was that it was a valid charge. I then told them I would contact my bank and BBB. Please help stop this type of blatant stealing from the public. This is the reason people are afraid to enter credit information online.
