Very unhappy with customer service. I've had the worst experience with East Mountain Eye Clinic. My Son just got an eye exam and got glasses. He has Davis insurance and medicaid. They charged me a co-payment for Davis insurance where medicaid usually picks up that co-pay. I called and let them know that they charged me the co-payment and if they could charge medicaid, they told me that it was to late. If I would have told them at the time then it would have been taken care of. My husband took my son for me and had no idea about co-payments. I think they should already know how the system works. They charged a $10 co pay plus a $15 material co-pay (which I never heard of. I know the co-payment is not much. But it is to me, every dollar matters. I wouldn't have medicaid if I could afford it on my own. They don't take the time to see if their is anything else they can do for you.
