At 33 years of age, I will admit this is the first time I've posted a comment either positive or negative on the internet and I do often shop online. This will be a lengthy complaint, however worth reading prior to ordering Lean Spa free trail. On March 9th I ordered the 30 day trail to lose weight and cleanser (2 bottles). All I was suppose to cover were shipping charges which were 1.95 each. On March 14th, I canceled my order for the pills gave me stomach aches by the third day. I was charged 79.99 twice (for the 2 bottles) on March 15th. I called on March 16th to cancel the order and I did receive a confirmation from Lean Spa stating this. On March 22nd the un-used product was returned/received by Watts at 11:22am via UPS. I called 6 different times and have spoken to reps including Sandra, Alex, Aaron and Jeanie to name a few. After the 2nd call I asked to speak with a manager and each time of the 6 calls, none were available to speak with me. Each rep also stated that the credit process would take 7-10 days, another stated 5-7 days, another stated that Supervisor Renee would rush the order and I would receive my full credit in 48 hours. After that did not happen, I called again and Supervisor Alex stated he would rush it and I would receive a credit in 24 hours. Again nothing. My last and final call was today April 17. I called Lean Spa and informed them that I have yet to received my full credit and at that point my conferenced by bank (Chase) on the phone. After a 25 minute conversation with both parties (excluding the 25 minute wait for Lean Spa) my bank agreed to credit my account if I did not receive within 15 days. Lean Spa is the worse... A scam... A terrible business that's needs to reported.
