You charged my credit card 3 times for products.

I did not order these products.

Please immediately credit my credit card.

The amount charged was $166.85.

On april 20 i called your office regarding this matter.

I spoke to your agent by the name of mary.

I was advised to follow this link to register my complaint.

As of this date may 21, the credit has not been issued on my card.

I am not pleased with your service.

I should not have to follow any links on the computer in order to get a refund credited.

I expect to hear from you in a very few days.
