I receive the pasta pots last month. I was making pasta in the larger one. I locked the lid, and went to drain out the water; when I tried to unlock the lids, they would not come unlocked, no matter how hard I tried. My boyfriend tried, and he ended up breaking off the top of the lid.
I called Tristar; they told me they would send a return lable and when I received that, they would send me a new pot.in the mean time, I noticed the lid on the small pot gets stuck to, when locked; I was able to manipulate the lid off, through several attempts; but I thought man, do I want two more peaces of crap in my house.in the meantime, the pot with the spagetti in it was smelling really bad. It was starting to smell like cat pee. I could not wait for the return lable; I was forced to throw the pot out; besides, what would Tristar do with a pot with rotten spagetti in it anyway, with a defective lid (I believe all their products are deffective). Also, I thought the pots were supposed to be red (that is what they advertise) I got ugly beige pots.
I feel extremely ripped off, and I want my money back.
