I had ordered Lipodrene from this company, and now looking back, I should have checked the reviews first.
My payment was received in full. Then I find out a day later that they were out of that particular product, "We are currently on back order for the item you have purchased through our site. Please be patient while we patiently await our shipment. Once we get it we will ship it ASAP.
Thank you". Most online stores let you know when an item is unavailable and you have the option to have a notice sent to you.instead, all I got was "ASAP". Wow, how professional.
I wrote to the company to find out a more specific date as to when my product would be sent. They replied with, "Your order is in transit at the moment and you should be receiving it with in this week. Thank you.". That was 2 weeks ago.
I wrote one last time asking them if they could please just send me the tracking number to my order. I haven't received a reply since.
The customer care at this store is repulsive. I will never do any form of business with them again.
I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow, and getting my money back.
Please people, I urge you to do your homework and research a site before making any form of purchase.
