I called the company to acquire health insurance for my college student son. They told me I had to have my son on the phone due to privacy matters. We had a three way and I agreed to purchase a plan. The agent told me that I had to get off of the phone while they did a verification with my son. When I was off of the phone they advised my son that there would be an additional $100.00. My son told the agent that he could not authorize that. The agent told my son that they would not submit the plan until they spoke with me. They never spoke with me and charged me anyway overdrafting my account. We got it straightened out and they promised me within thirty days I would get a refund.in my waiting for the thirty days to come they drafted more money out of my account. Mind you I never received any mail from them, no health plan cards or anything.
