Mark Whiffen Independent Health Agent, SCAM?

My friend told me he was was scammed by Mark Whiffen. Mark Whiffen advertises himself as a "health insurance agent" but he is NOT a licensed insurance agent, and he DOES NOT sell health insurance.

I was told he sells discount plans that don't cover anything. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE.

I was also told that he takes people's personal information and uses it for other things.

Run away from this guy!!!
