I placed an order by phone on March 13th and received the product on March 19th. The salesperson did tell me I had 15 days to cancel the order, however on the 28th of March they called me to inform me that my next shipment would be leaving that day.
I informed the salesperson I did not want to continue the product and wanted to cancel. He stated that it had been 15 days since I placed the order therefore I couldn't cancel. I explained I had not received the product until the 19th and that it had not been 15 days and I was not going to pay.
He said to bad and hung up. I then received my credit card staement and they had charged the $169.95 to me.
This company should be prosicuted to the fullest and the public made aware of there shady deal.
