I ordered Advance Cleanse on Feb. 18. I received my trial sample on March 1. I tried it for a few days and intended to return it as I was told that I would have 14 days to try it without being charged. I called today, March 11 and also notice that my credit card account had been charged $169.95 on Feb. 28. When I called they informed me that the 14 day trial period begins on the day that I place the order and therefore had passed on March 3.in essence I had two official days to try the sample. When I told them this was the height of trickery and fraud, they said that it was their policy and it would not be changed and I would not get a refund of the $169.95. How can you offer a 14 day trial period and the customer not have the samples to try during that time or for only 2 days in my case. How do companies like this stay in business. Can't this be reported to a governmental agency that prevents such devious activity?
