I also received a letter saying I owed them $113.97. I canceled the product in April and have the email they sent in response confirming the cancellation. At this point I have tried to call several times and get cut off or they say the cannot hear me and they hang up the phone. I am going to file a report with the North Carolina Attorney General and if they turn it over to the credit bureaus I will dispute it.
