I like many others have been ripped off by this company, and have been threatened with collection and negative credit report if I don't pay the magic number of $133.95. I ordered Acai Berry Breeze in Aug. The money for 14 day trail was taken out of my account, but no product delivered. I waited three weeks, then went online looking up item. On web md, I found people who ordered this online, and after canceling, kept getting charged, so I too (like they did) canceled my card.
Today is March 29 and I received in mail a bill for $133.95, I called number was disconnected 4 times & 5th time talked with someone who said he could do nothing, order was shipped last August & my 30 days to cancel are up.
I'm trying to find Email address for company to let them know I intend to forward this to attorney general of NY to see if anything can be done. Everyone I hear from either canceled before 30 days and still is being charged or like myself never received anything, charged for shipping plus they want another $133.95
