Healthy online services canceled a order in augest got letter in april stating i owe them for something i sent back in augest

I believe that i'm being taken. I sent back product a called and canceled the product in augest 2009. Recieved a letter saying i owed them $69.95. I called the company on april 6th. They said that i did not cancel in my 14 days so i owed them even thought i sent back the product.
