A defective facial trolley was sold to me. It would not allow insertion of a magnifying lamp. I was told by Mary, I had to purchase their SPECIFIC magnifying lamp to use in their trolley. I bought their lamp to learn it too did not fit. After a lot of arguing, I was told to use the clamp that came with the lamp to attach the lamp to the cart. And they would send a simple piece to fix the problem.
