Harmar access do not warrant chair climber nor provide service new braunfels Internet

Purchased a Harmar SL350 10/08 by father. The chair needs service. Guide wheels worn out and the chair is unuseable. Made several calls to the selling rep, local installer and factory.
Promises with no action.
I am left for dissasembling and back engineering the guide wheels. The factory is aware of this effort. Haramr made no attempt to resolve this issue.
Elderly mother had depended on this chair, and now has to walk around the house to enter the basement
