Never received my purchase, so-called many times to confirm it. It had been backordered. I was never informed. I ultimately, following a couple weeks, believed to please return my cash since it was an item I needed. The person in customer support mentioned he'd. I began to convey myself properly about the bad customer support - I stated, "hear..." He abandoned and stated, "I simply informed you I'm likely to return your cash, and so I do not want to get screamed at." I had beennot shouting! He was brief with me each time I had been about the telephone. Six months after preliminary purchase, I get a contact that claims my item has delivered. I tested my banking account, and that I had never gotten the reimbursement. Allegedly the merchandise is on the road. I've never been handled thus badly and certainly will never purchase from Vitaglo.com again. I'll also alert all my friends.
