Wrong prescription. Poor service

Required my prescription to Eyemart Express, the salesperson explained the structures I selected were also little for bifocals. Subsequently said no these werenot after my cousin informed her they were larger than hers and he or she had bifocals. Returned 2 hours laterr to get fresh structures with fresh prescription, excessively long delay. Ultimately got the brand new types but could not study together, was informed to consider them and delay until day to place them on after my eyes were rested. I'd cataract surgery therefore could not notice actual well-but after I got home my cousin looked over them-and instantly explained they'd trifocals, not bi-focals.
