I've never had an event such as this before with ANY company. On 10/7, I went in to have an eye and contact lenses exam. Following the examination, I requested contacts and had my eye-glass prescription submitted at Attention Mart. After getting a text within an hour stating my spectacles were prepared, I delivered towards the shop. I attempted about the spectacles plus they didn't be seemingly the right prescription. I had been advised to consider them house and hook them up to each morning to ensure that my eyes might become modified towards the fresh spectacles and prescription. I did so this also it didn't function. I delivered towards the shop several more occasions using the same issue. They colored among the spectacles to determine if that will create a difference (???) additionally they improved one set in the plastic contact towards the plastic to determine if that will really make a difference. They created this change, approached me via text after an hour or so, I returned and had exactly the same outcome. Additionally during this period the optometrist examined my eyes a few more occasions. The very first reexamination led to sticking with exactly the same prescription despite the fact that I extended to express that I really could not notice from the new spectacles. He explained that my new prescription is clearly never as powerful as my current prescription (He got my current spectacles and analyzed them to determine what my current prescription was). I don't realize why it's weaker? After I attempted to use the spectacles, they appeared tougher, but after he explained that, I recognized the issue was that they're not powerful enough.

This last moment I held the spectacles for five times and attempted to put them on simply to have complications. I returned towards the shop on October 19th. I went as much as the Attention Mart table and informed the feminine consultant that I really could not use the spectacles. She stated by having an raised speech - "you did not actually provide them with an opportunity!" I responded that I've never had this issue before and also have never heard about "receiving modified" to some new prescription. I expected for that store-manager and was informed she was eliminated for that evening. I had been aimed to keep in touch with the optometrist. He analyzed my eyes again and stated that the astigmatism in my own right-eye was only a little worse, therefore he transformed the prescription. I expected him if it did not work-this period, might we simply create my prescription just like my current prescription since I have may still observe out-of my current spectacles just good. He explained this new prescription wouldn't be significantly different from my current prescription. Used to do not get a text stating my new prescription was prepared. I waited - no wording 24 hours later. I passed the shop on Friday the 21st and was informed my prescription wasn't prepared.By today, October 28th, I've not been approached about my new prescription. I suppose since I have've had issues, I shed the main one time service guarantee.

I've been coping with this case for nearly per month. During this period I did so contact the 1-888 number and was informed that I really could not obtain a reimbursement and they might attempt to use me. At this time, I simply need my $356.96 back. Thinking about the scenario, I believe I rightly deserve it.
