The salesmen misrepresented what a product would do. I paid $3526 for the product and then discovered it would not do what they said. I thought it was a defective product and called DH to report it. What follwed was a series of additional misrepresentations. Eventually they agreed to accept return of the product to send it back to the manufacturer for inspection, repair and resolution. They told me that was what they were going to do but they did not. They kept the product. Maybe they sold it again. It was a pristine unit in its orginial carton so it would have been easy to do.in any event, they have not issued a refund and it looks like I will have to take them to court to get is issued.
