I bought a set of Oakley 'cable' shades in late January '09. Not really thirty days choose to go by and both stalks had drawn from the body. Required the shades back again to the Oakley Container shop and also the supervisor described that I'd need to deliver them directly into Oakley for restoration/alternative. I had been unhappy that I'd invested $160 to get a pair of shades plus they didn't last per month after which the shop I bought them at wouldn't trade them to get a fresh set. I named Oakley customer support and was informed to deliver them set for alternative.in the beginning they needed me to deliver them at my cost. After I objected, they agreed to email me a return tag. I applied the tag to deliver them concern email back again to Oakley. I named 10 days later to locate they'd not gotten them however. A fast monitoring via the net suggests that the postoffice doesn't understand where they're. They ought to have appeared in 2-3 times. Another phone to Oakley plus they inform me I'll need to delay another week before they state them dropped and simply send me another set.in the end of the, I'll have now been per month since I have sent them out. Oakley customer support was really flippant concerning the whole problem. I'll never purchase another set of Oakleys again!!!
