Body of Change and it's staff are so incompetent. I have been trying for 5 months to get information on how many sessions I have remaining. They have not been able to provide me with this information.
I did have expectations of renewing my contract, but this situation has totally "Killed that". They are a group
that lack professionalism and client satisfaction! I have called the corporate office and I still can't get a straight answer from anyone. The corporate office needs to gather the individuals working for them and set them straight on customer satisfaction. If they can't provide information on their clients via computer systems. Get that staff and sit them down and manually calculate how many sessions the client has remaining. What is the purpose of the trainer logging the date and time of the session if the staff representing the office is incompetent about keeping their records.
I don't have a problem with the trainer but with the so call office/desk staff at the facility (at LA Fitness/Pasadena).
The Body of Change needs to be reported to the Better Busn. Bureau!
